Central Cowork provides you with an environment rich in new ideas.
Our space is a shared office, which means that in addition to exchanging experiences and ideas, we also share spaces.

How to use our Wi-Fi?
We have two networks here at Central and if you want, get in touch to connect to the main network:

Router and Printer, how does it work?
You are not allowed to install or use your own router or internal server within the space.
To use the printer, you can easily connect to it via the Central's Wi-Fi, but always remember to avoid waste.
Internal Communication
Our communication with your company is through the WhatsApp group.
Any questions or requests can be made through this channel.
Our communications and actions are always sent in our community WhatsApp group.
Access to the building
Access to the building is via tag for users of our space.
If any customer or visitor arrives at the building during business hours, we will receive them and communicate through the company's WhatsApp group to continue the service.
Access to the building for internal customers is free from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm.

Our team is dedicated and ready to assist you in any situation.
We are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, to answer any questions you may have.

Stay tuned for internal opening hours:
The building's lights automatically turn on at 7am and turn off at 9:15pm.
The space's air conditioning turns on automatically at 7:50 am and turns off at 6 pm.
Meeting Rooms and Creative Lab
Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour via WhatsApp or directly at reception with our employees in a simple and practical way.
The use of the rooms is exclusively for specific meetings, and their use as an extension of the work area is not permitted.
The Creative Lab is a large space that can be reserved for periods, aimed at lectures and more dynamic activities.
After using the room, remember: turn off the TV and air conditioning.
It is not permitted to consume food in the meeting rooms.
Cup
Our kitchen is for collective use, so here are some precautions:
Wash whatever is used after use.
The microwave is for collective use, use it responsibly.
Don't store food for the whole week in the refrigerator.
Do not leave rubbish lying around.
Avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator to avoid attracting insects.
For happy hours and get-togethers, contact our team.
Delivery
If you ordered a delivery or entered our address for delivery, we will inform you of its arrival via Whatsapp.
Don't forget to include your full name and company to make it easier to find.
Please remember that our reception opening hours are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Private Room
Mantenha o volume de TVs, risadas e conversas em um tom moderado, evitando atrapalhar seus colegas e as demais salas.
Sempre comunique nossa equipe da entrada e saída de colaboradores. As tags de acesso e registro do cowork têm controle interno da nossa equipe.
Caso queira fazer alterações na sala, por favor comunicar nossa equipe para organizarmos a execução.
Não é permitida instalações e alterações na sala sem autorização prévia.
Você pode trazer seu pet desde que o mantenha em seu ambiente privativo respeitando as demais empresas do cowork.
Shared Space
As posições fixas são marcadas com plaquinhas de identificação e de uso exclusivo do cliente.
A mesa compartilhada é exclusiva para uso dos coworkers que têm posição rotativa ou fixa.
Mantenha o seu celular silencioso e utilize fones de ouvido para ouvir músicas, áudios e ligações.
Caso seja necessário, faça uso das cabines de reunião para ligações e chamadas rápidas.
Internal and External Events
The Center promotes and hosts internal and external events: happy hours, training, visits, meetings, special actions and others.
We encourage interaction and networking between companies in our community, remembering that everyone is in a shared work environment.
If you are looking to carry out any activity of this type, speak directly to the Central team.
Code of Conduct and Ethics
Working in a coworking space means believing in diversity. After all, it is a space shared by different companies and people, each in their own way.
It is the duty of all customers and visitors to maintain an environment of respect and support for everyone.
Any type of harassment or intimidation will not be tolerated.
Smoking of any type of cigarette, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted within our space.
Do not treat anyone disrespectfully or in a way you would not like to be treated, let's maintain a healthy environment to develop our ideas!
